Making HR software feel like something humans actually care about

Role: Senior Copywriter

UKG builds AI-driven workforce management software that runs payroll, manages talent, and serves as the secret glue holding entire organizations together. It is also, historically, one of the harder categories to make anyone feel anything about.

The brief was to launch a brand campaign that cut through. The insight we landed on was simple and human: when work actually works, when the software does its job and people feel good about showing up…it's genuinely beautiful. A work of art, even.

So that's what we made it. A campaign that reframed a complex B2B tech product through the lens of human craft and creativity, using the language and imagery of art to talk about the dignity of work done well. 

Because the best creative ideas aren't about the product. They're about what the product makes possible.
